Q2 2024 Performance of Top Fast Food & Casual Apps in Global Markets

In Q2 2024, the fast food and fast casual restaurant apps continued to engage users globally. Here's a glimpse into how some of the top apps performed, with data provided by Sensor Tower.

McDonald’s - Non-US saw a steady increase in downloads, from approximately 3K in the first week of April to over 4K by the end of June. Weekly active users peaked at 177K in late May but ended the quarter with around 149K.

Espresso House also experienced growth in downloads, starting at nearly 2K and reaching over 3K by late June. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, with a high of 26K in mid-April and closing the quarter at a similar figure.

For Subway Russia, downloads peaked at 1.7K in mid-May, while weekly active users showed a slight decline from 8.4K to 7.3K throughout the quarter.

JOE & THE JUICE had its highest downloads in mid-May at 659, with the weekly active users reaching their peak at 664 in the same period, before ending the quarter at 594.

Taco Bell Suomi showed a notable spike in downloads for the first week of June, jumping to 767 from a steady average of around 400 in previous weeks. The weekly active users for the app were not available.
